Within the scope of your conference participation, you must complete the payment process for the registration and accommodation information you have specified in the online registration form to be confirmed. If payment is not made, registration and accommodation will not be confirmed.

Participants who will make payment by bank transfer are required to add the information "IMLA29 - Name Surname" in the description section during the transaction and send the payment receipt to yigit@dalyatur.com at the end of the transaction. If this process is not completed, the registration-payment matching process will not be possible, and confirmation will not be provided.

As there are very few rooms available at the conference hotel, The Green Park Pendik Hotel, we kindly ask you to send reservation requests to yigit@dalyatur.com. We would like to remind you that only paid accommodation requests can be confirmed.
